After you have completed your order you can submit your image/logo/ or any specifications via Etsy Messenger.
If you wish to include text, you can select a font from the font list and write it in the personalization section a custom name or phrase.
However, if you do not choose a font, we will decide a font for you.
Please be advised that you will only have 4-6 hours to make adjustments to your order

Unfortunately, we have a NO RETURN policy but if the order is found to be incorrect or defective, then a replacement will be sent.
